Summary
Under the general direction of and reporting to the Payroll & Benefits Supervisor/HR Generalist, the Payroll and Benefits Specialist will be primarily responsible for administering payroll and benefits for all employees. Duties will include assisting in the processing of bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll, handling benefits enrollment and inquiries, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Specialist will work closely with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll and benefits operations.
The successful candidate will have a positive, can-do mindset, be a problem solver with the ability to pivot and offer flexible solutions. and possess a willingness to go above and beyond to support our employees.
