Aftermarket Support Sales Representative

CISV - Remote - Full Time

National Power, LLC is actively seeking an Aftermarket Support Sales Representative. Under the general direction of and reporting to the CISV Senior Director, Service, you will be responsible for creating and distributing generator repair sales quotes. Areas of focus will include the promotion and expansion of parts and service opportunities with existing customers, as well as the cultivation of new opportunities with target customers.

This role requires close cooperation with and support of the entire generator service team to ensure the best results for National Power customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Generate new parts and service quotes for existing and target customers

· Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospects within assigned territory

· Serve as primary POC for the customer and as the go-between for any and all information relevant to parts, repair supplies, and services

· Strive to recommend solutions that improve cost-per-hour and demonstrate value

· Understand importance of and manage profit margin expectations to remain competitive in the marketplace

· Maintain a professional and positive working relationship with product support personnel to ensure customers receive an exceptional level of service

· Establish standard of excellence with customers to make National Power their go-to service provider

· Continue to develop expertise in machine parts, maintenance supplies, and service through training, research, and perpetual learning

· Demonstrate ability to understand customer's sales history and unique needs

· Keep customers informed of product support programs offered through the Generac dealership

· Address customer complaints proactively and advise management promptly of any situations beyond your scope of authority

· Develop and create reports as required, including monthly reporting on repair sales performance

· Utilize company ERP software (Dynamics 365)

· Participate in required safety program and work in a safe manner

Education & Requirements:

· A high school diploma or GED; some college preferred.

· 1-3 years sales experience preferred

· Fluency in written and spoken English

· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications

Compensation and Benefits:

· Competitive pay depending on previous experience and current certifications. Overtime is also a factor and is paid at 1.5 X base. We are a performance-based company and pay will ultimately reflect the employee’s productivity and overall performance.

· Three weeks of paid vacation after 90 days (first year is pro-rated based on start date)
