National Power is seeking an experienced Owners Representative Manager (“OR Manager”) to ensure the success of its critical infrastructure operations. The OR Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the organization and external stakeholders for critical infrastructure projects within the National Power Division. This role ensures that all projects are executed in alignment with the owner’s strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational standards. The Owner’s Rep Manager will oversee project delivery from conception through commissioning, safeguarding quality, budget, schedule, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Oversight
Act as the owner’s advocate in all phases of project development and execution.
Manage multiple large-scale power and critical infrastructure projects simultaneously.
Ensure alignment with organizational goals, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
Customer & Vendor Relations
Serve as the central point of contact between owners, contractors, engineers, and government agencies.
Facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure transparency across all project stakeholders.
Budget & Schedule Control
Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets and schedules.
Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Risk & Compliance
Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation measures.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing critical infrastructure and power systems.
Technical Oversight
Review design documents, construction plans, and technical specifications to ensure adherence to owner’s requirements.
Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover processes for operational readiness.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of project managers, coordinators, and technical specialists.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field (Master’s preferred)
8+ years of experience in critical infrastructure service management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, batteries, and cooling systems
Familiarity with FAC-COR certification and federal acquisition regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret schematics, flowcharts, and technical specifications
Strong financial acumen and contract management expertise
Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
Commitment to safety, reliability, and operational excellence
Resilience under pressure and adaptability in dynamic environments
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods of time
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout office and facility environments as needed
Occasional lifting and carrying of materials up to 20 pounds
Ability to travel to client sites and mission‑critical facilities, which may involve walking across uneven surfaces and standing for inspections
Visual acuity to read and prepare documents, review contracts, and observe site conditions
Hearing and speech ability sufficient to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and during meetings

This role involves extensive travel to various job sites, up to 100%. Candidates must have the ability to drive long distances, and overnight stays may be necessary based on project location
Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines. Candidates should be flexible with work hours and prepared for extended workdays
